Check-Up Service Terms & Conditions

  1. Service Description: The basic check-up service for your two-wheeler includes a thorough inspection of key components to ensure proper functionality and safety. This service does not include any repairs or replacements unless explicitly mentioned.
  2. Appointment Scheduling: Appointments for the basic check-up service can be scheduled online, over the phone, or in person at our service camp. Walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability.
  3. Service Duration: The duration of the basic check-up service may vary depending on the condition of the two-wheeler and the workload at the service center. An estimated duration will be provided at the time of appointment booking.
  4. Inspection Areas: During the basic check-up, our technicians will inspect various components of your two-wheeler, which may include but are not limited to:   
    • Tires and wheels
    • Brakes
    • Lights and indicators
    • Engine oil level
    • Battery condition
    • Chain and sprockets (if applicable)
    • Fluid levels (coolant, brake fluid, etc.)
    • Suspension
  1. Report and Recommendations: After the inspection, you will receive a report detailing the condition of each inspected component. If any issues or concerns are identified, our technicians will provide recommendations for further action. Any repairs or replacements will be discussed with you before proceeding.
  2. Additional Services: If additional services or repairs are required beyond the basic check-up, you will be informed of the necessary work and associated costs before any actions are taken.
  3. Payment: Payment for the basic check-up service can be made at the time of the service appointment. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.
  4. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with advance notice. Cancellations with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  5. Liability: While we take utmost care during the inspection process, we are not liable for any pre-existing or latent issues that may arise after the inspection. We are also not liable for any accidents or damages that occur after the service.
  6. Warranty: The basic check-up service does not come with a warranty, as it involves inspection and assessment rather than repairs. Any repairs or replacements done based on the inspection recommendations may be covered by separate warranties.
  7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nagpur or Indore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur or Indore.

  1. Service Description: Our two-wheeler service includes a comprehensive inspection, maintenance, and repair of your vehicle to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability. The service provided will depend on the package selected by the customer.
  2. Appointment Scheduling: Customers can schedule appointments for two-wheeler service online, by phone, or in person at our camp. Walk-in customers will be served based on availability.
  3. Service Packages: We offer different service packages tailored to various customer needs, such as routine maintenance, major service, and more. Each package includes specific services and checks. The details of each package will be explained at the time of booking.
  4. Service Duration: The duration of the service may vary based on the selected package, the condition of the vehicle, and the workload at the service camp. An estimated duration will be provided during the appointment booking.
  5. Inspection and Repairs: Our experienced technicians will thoroughly inspect your two-wheeler’s various components, including but not limited to:
    • Engine
    • Transmission
    • Brakes
    • Suspension
    • Electrical systems
    • Tires and wheels
    • Fluids

If any issues are identified during the inspection, our technicians will provide recommendations and cost estimates for necessary repairs or replacements. No repair work will be carried out without the customer’s explicit consent.

  1. Pricing: The pricing for each service package is outlined on our website and will be communicated to customers during the appointment booking. Additional charges may apply for parts, fluids, and any extra services not included in the chosen package.
  2. Payment: Customers are required to make the payment upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods.
  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Customers can cancel or reschedule their appointments with advance notice. Cancellations made within a certain timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
  4. Warranty: Repairs and replacements carried out during the service is for 3 days. Warranty coverage will be clearly communicated to the customer for each specific service.
  5. Liability: While we take every precaution during the service, we are not liable for any pre-existing issues, unforeseen damages, or accidents that occur after the service is completed.
  6. Customer Approval: By availing of our two-wheeler service, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nagpur or Indore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur or Indore.

10% Pro Membership Discount for
Two-Wheeler Service Terms & Conditions

  1. Pro Membership Description: Our Pro Membership offers customers an exclusive 10% discount on all two-wheeler services & on all the consumables, spares , and accessories 210 from the date of registration, subject to the terms outlined below.
  2. Membership Eligibility: Customers can enroll in the Pro Membership program by paying the designated membership fee. The program is open to all eligible customers and can be availed of at the time of payment for the membership.
  3. Discount Applicability: Pro Members are entitled to a 10% discount on the total service cost of all two-wheeler services offered by our company during the membership period.
  4. Membership Duration: The Pro Membership is valid for a duration of 210 days starting from the date of enrolment and payment. The membership cannot be extended or transferred to another individual.
  5. Membership Fee: To avail of the Pro Membership benefits, customers are required to pay a non-refundable membership fee of Rs 99. This fee is separate from the service charges.
  6. Discount Redemption: To redeem the 10% discount, Pro Members must present their contact details at the time of booking the service appointment. The discount will be applied to the total service cost.
  7. Exclusions: The Pro Membership discount is not applicable to:
    • Less GST amount
  1. Renewal: At the end of the membership period, customers have the option to renew their Pro Membership by paying the applicable renewal fee. Renewal terms and benefits may be subject to change.
  2. Cancellation and Refunds: Pro Membership fees are non-refundable. Cancellation of the Pro Membership will not result in a refund of the membership fee.
  3. Modification and Termination: Our company reserves the right to modify or terminate the Pro Membership program, including membership fees, discounts, and terms, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to existing members.
  4. Customer Approval: By enrolling in the Pro Membership program, customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  5. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nagpur or Indore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur or Indore.
